Important Update – Orders Paid via Poynt
To our customers,
We want to provide an urgent update regarding a major issue with the payment processor that went live last night.
Unfortunately, the processor (Poynt) made the decision to cancel our account less than 24 hours after going live. As part of this abrupt shutdown, they automatically refunded and canceled every transaction that was processed during that short window.
If you placed an order using Poynt within the past 24 hours, you may be affected. Orders placed before that time were not processed through Poynt and are not impacted. You should have received an email stating that your order was canceled and refunded. Please check your inbox and spam/junk folder before reaching out, as we are experiencing a high volume of support requests.
This was not initiated by us: the processor canceled and refunded all orders without notice or warning. We were not given any opportunity to respond or resolve the situation.
To be clear, this only affects orders placed through Poynt. If you paid via Stratos (also labeled as Stellarity), your order is unaffected and will be processed as normal.
If your order was canceled and you still wish to purchase, you’ll need to place a new order using one of the current payment methods on our website. We cannot recreate or duplicate orders manually, and we do not have any additional payment options beyond those shown at checkout.
As always, we do not store payment information, and no further charges will be attempted.
