Statement on SRY Batch E22050528 and Quality Assurance Measures

Evolve is committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and transparency in the research products we supply. In line with that commitment, we are issuing this notice regarding a specific batch of material that was being sold by a third-party vendor.

One of our non-exclusive suppliers, SRY, had Batch E22050528 identified through routine screening in the community as containing trace contamination with 4’-Hydroxyacetophenone. This compound was not declared in the product specification and does not meet our quality criteria for release.

We want to emphasize the following:

• No product from Batch E22050528 has been purchased, distributed, or sold by Evolve! We do not have any products from that batch.
• The supplier has assured me the batch was immediately quarantined upon discovery of the irregularity.
• Our team has conducted a thorough review of previous, adjacent, and subsequent batches from ALL vendors, and no other materials have been affected.
• SRY is just one of several suppliers we work with, and we continuously evaluate our sources to ensure they meet our strict standards.
• All batches currently in inventory that do not already include additional third-party testing are now undergoing expanded testing protocols to ensure full compliance with our quality specifications.

We are taking additional steps to strengthen our quality control program and vendor oversight, including enhanced documentation, batch-level verification, and more frequent third-party testing.
