Evolve BioPep is announcing an urgent and necessary change to our online payment system. Our previous processor, Stripe, has permanently shut down our account due to abuse of the chargeback process by malicious individuals. These fraudulent chargebacks have become an increasingly common tactic used to exploit businesses, and despite our best efforts to contest them, we are unable to continue with Stripe.
To ensure uninterrupted service and maintain access to our products, we have integrated StratosPay as our new payment processor. StratosPay is a secure, crypto-backed payment platform that serves as our merchant of record. Please be aware of the following key changes during checkout:

• Credit cards are strongly recommended. Debit card users may need to contact their banks to authorize international transactions.
• Refunds are not supported on this platform. Please review your order thoroughly before submitting payment.
